Berga's is named after our father.
Anyone who knew him spoke of the same qualities first: strength that did not need to raise its voice, perseverance that did not need to be performed, influence that travelled with him into every room. Quiet character.
When we set out to build a residence, those were the qualities we wanted the building, the service, and the experience to carry. The name is a reminder of the standard. Everything inside it is built to meet that standard.

What sets Berga's apart
The standard was
the brief.
Most residential buildings retrofit security on top of standard infrastructure. Berga's was built around a diplomatic-standard specification from the foundation up.
Security, communications, visitor management, and resident protection were not features added later. They were the brief from day one.

Merkama operates under Berga's Luxury Living, but it is its own brand, with its own focus, its own clients, and its own standard.
